Rebrand reflects Nashville-based group’s continued investment in responsive, personal service
NASHVILLE, Tenn. — October 1, 2026 — Radiological Physics Associates, a physicist-owned medical physics consulting group serving healthcare providers and other organizations throughout Tennessee and neighboring states, today announced a new brand identity, website and digital service-request system.
The updates are part of RPA’s continued investment in making it easier for clients to connect with qualified experts, request services and stay informed throughout the process. They include a modernized visual identity, a redesigned website at rpanashville.com and a new Web Request system that allows clients to submit and track requests, receive confirmations and keep communication in one place.
“We have served clients across this region since 1990 by being responsive, accessible and personally invested in the facilities and people who rely on us,” said Brock Lambert, managing partner and consulting physicist at RPA. “This rebrand reflects where RPA is headed while keeping that local, relationship-driven approach at the center of how we work.”
Through the new Web Request system, clients can initiate requests for inspections, shielding plans, equipment moves, radiation-safety questions and other medical physics needs. The system is designed to provide greater visibility into each request while preserving direct access to RPA’s physicists and other qualified experts.
The redesigned website also provides clearer information about RPA’s services across diagnostic imaging, radiation safety, regulatory compliance and related areas. RPA works with healthcare systems, outpatient facilities, dental practices, educational institutions and industrial clients, primarily within a five-hour radius of Nashville.
“Our clients often come to us when they are managing a deadline, an equipment change or a compliance question that cannot wait,” Lambert said. “The new tools give them a more direct way to reach us and know their request has been received. Just as important, they remain connected to local people who understand their facility, their equipment and their team.”
The rebrand is being introduced under the theme “What’s Next at RPA?” Clients will begin seeing the updated identity and tools across RPA’s website, communications and service experience beginning October 1, 2026.
